Husbandless!

I don't like it at all. Sometimes I think he keeps us all sane at this house. Just pray that we will all get along at this household this week. It's not that bad. They have been really good today so far. The only good thing is that my house might stay clean. It's usually my hubby that leaves his stuff laying everywhere.

We went out on the town last evening as a family. I got the boys new toothbrushes that spin. They were so excited to use them this morning when I got them out of the boxes. I'm glad they are excited over the little things. They brushed forever this morning. Couldn't hardly get them out of the bathroom.

We finished the Slinky Slide project. We actually had fun as the 3 of us worked together to get all the stuff on the trifold board. I made fake slinky's out of cardboard. They looked 3D on the board. It was cool. I liked it. Torry's crafty momma helped him out a little. Shane dropped it off Friday and the teacher ooh and ahh'd over it. I hope that means he gets a good grade on it. Shane was ready to do another project. He had fun with all of us working together and having somewhat of fun doing them time tests on the crazy slinkys going down our homemade slide. Even Uncle Chris helped us out or as ET knicknamed him Uncle Cracker. He's so goofy.

We was at a restaurant today and ET let out a huge burp after drinking his carbonated drink. So embarrasing but everyone was laughing, so of course ET thought it was funny. His cute little face was hard to scold to say excuse me. GRR....

We saw Shygirl at a store yesterday. It was so good to see her. Torry wouldn't hardly talk. Then when we seperated he thought of all kinds of things to say to her. Her poor mouthful of braces are overbiting now because the orthodonist had that crazy turn thingy in the roof of her mouth too long. She looked pitiful. She was going on a trip for school in a couple of days. She was happy to be with her real momma. I hope she does good. She misses all the church people. I'm glad!!

Well, I'll be taking the boys to school this week. I switched hours with a girl at work so I could do so. Singleparenting is not fun. I guess I didn't realize how much Shane helped. Sometimes I thought I did everything, but I guess not. I'll have to tell him thank you more often. He alot of times gets the boys up and going in the morning, while I'm getting myself ready. They are old enough to do alot on their own, but just keeping them going in the morning is the trick. They like to dilly dally. Can't do that much when you are on a timed scheduled.

Well, I guess I'll get off here and change out the new shower curtain liner and maybe look at the sales adds. We have to leave here in a bit for Choir practice. KC was nice and gave us an extra 30 minutes today. Thank you Bro. KC.

Aww, so sweet that your hubby helps get the kids moving in the morning. I'm finally getting munchkin to do some of her own getting ready but she likes to dally too. *GGRRR* And I cracked up about the choir practice...hehe. KC did too. LOL! If you need anything this week, let me know!!
