Always drama

Woohoo, here I am again. Another day off!! I slept in till 9:00 am. Oh, it felt so good. I had such fun in Indiana, but was glad to get home to my bed. We haven't slept in our beds for 2 weeks. We had our bathroom remodeled from a fellow from Shane's work. MISTAKE!!! The guy said it would take 3 days total. Well, what was supposed to be 3 days lasted a total of two weeks.

That is a long story in itself that would take me too long, so I'll decline for now.

I detest emptying suitcases and putting everything away. As much as I detest it though, I can't stand suitcases laying around. So, here I was Sunday evening after we got back from a very long trip home (2 traffic jams that held us up for at least 1.5 hours) unloading stuff, starting laundry, cleaning my bathroom(which I must say, was discusting), and putting up a shower curtain so we could get showers. Torry thought it was totally cool he got to take the first shower with our curved shower rod. By the way, I recommend them. My momma got it for me and it is wonderful, and it looks cool 2.

So, today I had a chance to clean my house good. I had to work on the carpet stains that the "man cleaning the bathroom" got very dirty. Grrrrrr!!! Torry wanted to go to Day camp today and be with his friends, so I had a very quiet day just working around here and getting my homework done that I was hopefully going to get done in Indiana. I got everything done, and did a little running in town, and here I am awaiting the arrival of the boys and awaiting Ladies Nite Out. WOOhhhhoooo!!

My momma kept us very busy this last week. She had the calendar full. My brother Nate and his wife Tracy came in Monday and my brother Kurt came in to visit on Monday. So, Tuesday, we went to this really huge place (7 acres) called Bailey's Discount. We went their the last trip and Shane enjoyed it, so my momma catered to the boys. My brother likes it too and hadn't been there for years since we were young teenagers. My little Torry stuck with G-pa. My dad took off all week just to bond with Torry. They went everywhere together. He helped water the many many flowers my parents planted this year, he helped drive the tractor(for the very first time, I might add), he played with the lazy cat, he rode bicycle, went to town everytime dad did, and helped G-ma by attempting to push her. That was funny!! I have a cute picture of Torry and my dad with the same hats on playing basketball. My dad found every ball my brother's owned and pumped up, and fixed for Torry. Oh, and the bikes. Torry had about 4 bikes to choose from. Goodness, he was not bored in the least. The minute his feet his the floor in the morning, he was outside with my dad. We went to Michigan 2 days in a row to see both sets of my grandparents. That was nice. My poor 'ole Grandpa Mikel cannot hear at all. He is really failing bad. My grandma said it is like taking care of an adult child. Bless him!!

We went and saw the fireworks on Friday night. That was nice. Torry said that it was his first time doing sparklers. He was a spoiled child this last week. Once my hubby gets the pics off the camera, I'll post a couple of Little T.

Well, the boys just got home. I shall go and get ready for SNO.
