Frogger 2

I am addicted to Frogger 2. I brought it home for the kids to play, and I have sat here for 3o minutes and played, trying to beat level 2. Grr.... I am frantically getting ready for this party. AHHHH..... I went basketball buying crazy today. This is only a one time deal huh?!! Ok, tell that to my husband and the checkbook. Some lovely lady gave me money to spend on Torry for his party. I love ya!!!

Well, I have been so sick. I was so sick yesterday I should have stayed home from work. I came home, fixed the kids quickies, and sat in my recliner the rest of the evening. I feel much better today. Thank the Lord. I hate being sick.

Well, I should get off here and get to bed. I should be tying on a story I have to write for class on Thurs. night. I hope I don't have to go Thurs. I should get it done tomorrow, huh?!!!

I went and volunteered in Torry's class yesterday to read. I had a blast. THe teacher enjoyed the break too. SHe told me to come back any time. I wish I could do that more. I want to be a stay at home mom. My husband teasingly said, when we get as rich as C and F than we can. Haha!! He was teasing. But really, I want to be a stay at home mom. Why does inflation have to happen. I don't like prices to rise so we can't afford one income. I suppose if I cooked more instead of eating out, huh?!!

Speaking of eating out!! We went to Denny's tonight. Kids eat free on Tues. Well, the light went out as we were paying due to the bad storm. Wow, that was weird. Just as Shane was pulling out his debit card, the computer went blitz. So, thankfully we had cash. They did have the "dinosaur" as they called it to run cards through manually. But they had to find it in the dark for the next lady. It was very dark all through town. Not everywhere though. Just in parts. Thank the Lord we had electricity. The kids were glad we didn't have to be in the dark by candlelight the rest of the evening.

Well, off to beddy by I go.

Great News

We have exciting news. Shygirl asked Jesus to come into her heart today. We are so excited. Also, the Pearson's were at church this morning. God is so good. I am just speechless. Not sure what to say. My heart is overjoyed.

We are having Torry's adoption party on March 8th at the Skating Rink. Brent and Tiff are gonna have Tabby's birthday and so are the Whitehead children. All the church folk will come to everyone's anyway, so we thought, why not. More the merrier!!!

I am excited. Shygirl and I had fun doing the invitations. Then yesterday I made a pinata. I hope it turns out good.

Well, I am gonna get off here and catch a few winks before choir practice.
